New N.A. Head Office

CCi is moving its North American head office as of March 24th, 2006. While we have a new address and fax number, we were able to arrange that our main phone number and email addresses remain the same.

We have ensured, with the help of our dedicated Global Help Desk Specialists and detailed support procedures, that every precaution has been made to certify there will be no service interruption to our customers during this time. Our goal is to use the newer, larger space to improve our service to customers, suppliers, and technology partners. So you won’t find larger corner offices or sumptuous board rooms. Instead, we have designed a workplace that provides more comfortable work stations, room for a growing staff, and increased hardware/depot space.

Our improved workplace facilitates exchanges between Project Managers, Help Desk Specialists, and Communications Engineers that result in solutions sooner. The Administration team has also redesigned their office space to provide more room, enhanced work space design, and an improved work flow.
