Roy has been a partner in CCi for a number of years and has been responsible for growing the company from a one man start-up to its current global market position. Prior to joining CCi, Roy’s experience in IT and retail included being the VP, Large Account Marketing and Partner in ComputerLand Western Canada, Director, Sales with JDA Canada and Senior Vice President and a founder of Infocorp, a publicly traded retail software development firm that went from start-up to global with over 14,000 installations. He has spoken extensively on Retail Automation in Asia and Europe as well as across North America.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Physics and an MBA from the University of Manitoba.

Prior to joining CCi, Greg ran the North American operation of a European company. For 10 years at this company, Greg relied heavily on CCi for all IT requirements. Greg has partnered with Roy for over 5 years to lead CCi’s global growth. Greg developed his expertise in retail over 12 years working with Pitney Bowes, a leader in the office equipment business. His career evolved through the ranks from Sales, Major Account Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and General Management.

Bruno has over 15 years of retail experience including positions as the CIO at Forzani's (Sport Chek) and VP, IT at Michael Rossy and Fly America. He has successfully installed the suite of software developed by JDA, the world's largest retail system provider. His team has the distinction of completing its last several ERP installations on time, on budget, and with quality. Of particular interest is his strong background in business process optimization as it applies to retail.

Bruno holds a B.A., Computer Science from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. As well, he is trilingual in English, French and Italian.

VP, Sales and Marketing

Dennis has spent 25 years in VP Sales and President positions successfully growing product sales of several start up technology companies and large retail product corporations such as Triversity and Epson. Dennis is known for his ability to recognize retail industry trends and build emerging product sales. He graduated from McGill with a B.ScEE, Concordia with an M.Sc. in Computer Science and completed an Executive MBA.

Maria Spadaro
CFO

Maria is CCi ‘s Chief Financial Officer with overall executive responsibility for CCi’s International Finance Department, Order Processing, Forecasting, Cash Management, A/R and A/P. In addition to her accounting expertise, we value Maria’s strong retail accounting background. Previously she held the position of Director of Finance/Controller at Bowring. In that role she managed all the Financial and Administrative functions of the organization. She also has experience with NSB/STS, JDA, Hyperion and Merchant Application software systems. Prior to joining Bowring Maria was employed by Carlton Cards Retail/American Greetings for 23 years.

Maria is a 5th level CGA and has a Business Administration Diploma and a Marketing Diploma from Sheridan College.

Tan Lai Huat
Chief Executive Officer, CCI Systems (M) Sdn Bhd

Tan Lai Huat is responsible for CCi operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He leads regional business development in South East Asia including the expansion of CCi services and products that are currently offered in the region.

Lai Huat joins CCi eminently qualified for the position of CEO. His excellent track record in senior management roles spans 30 years. In his last position as the CEO at MUI Continental Insurance, a joint venture company of CNA, Chicago, USA, he guided the company through record growth and profits. Prior to MUI, Lai Huat headed up Marsh & McLennan, the world's largest insurance brokerage, in Southeast Asia.

CCi Solutions UK

With over 20 years experience in a Customer Services environment, Sharon is responsible for the day to day running of CCi Operations in the UK and Europe. Along with her UK based team, she delivers the services of both the CCi Global Customer Care Program and the Global Call Centre Administration Department. Prior to joining CCi, Sharon has managed Support Services for the Royal Air Force, British Army and UK Utilities Company, British Gas.

Sharon started her career within the Legal Profession and is a qualified Legal Executive.

Robert brings to CCi more than 20 years experience in financial, management and consulting roles, mainly within the technology and retail industry. Prior to joining CCi, Robert worked for CGI Group as Director of Insurance and Risk Management and before that held the positions of Director of Administrative Services and Director of Finance and Administration. Robert joined CCi in 2005; he currently holds the position of Director of Business Development. In this role Robert is responsible for developing the Quebec market for CCi, supporting its Quebec customer base and developing strategic alliances.

Robert started his career with Raymond Chabot Martin Pare (now Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton) in Montreal, where he obtained the professional designation of Chartered Accountant

Ravi Srinivasan is widely recognized as a retail expert having spent more than 21 years in retail and manufacturing. He has spoken frequently across North America on advanced retailing concepts ranging from replenishment and planning to supply-demand chain integration. Prior to joining CCi, he spent 8 years as the Director of Sales for Canada for JDA, the world's largest Retail Systems Company. His other extensive experience includes being the CIO for various retail and distribution organizations.

A graduate engineer, Ravi also holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and a CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management).
